I have spent the past decade immersed in the fascinating world of Apple. My journey began in Calgary AB in 2014, where I kicked off my Apple career while completing an undergraduate degree at the University of Calgary. Over the last 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in multiple cities across Canada – from Toronto during my wife's Master's degree to Edmonton while she pursued medical school, and now back in Calgary where she's deep into her Family Medicine residency.

In the Apple universe, I held the title of ‘Apple Genius’, serving as the go-to expert for top-tier technical support. This role encompassed more than just fixing gadgets, but it entailed continual problem-solving coupled with strong people skills. I strived to ensure users not only had their issues resolved but understood the process as well. My commitment has always been to guide customers while prioritizing patience and empathy.

Why did I start this business?

During my time at Apple, I noticed a significant gap in the help provided to seniors. The current level of support does not keep up with the increasing technological demands that seniors face, especially with the growing reality of cybersecurity scams. Online scamming has evolved into a multi billion dollar industry, with scammers predominantly targeting seniors. I saw individuals affected by this every day. I found it incredibly sad and concerning that vulnerable folks were being taken advantage of and Apple was not providing sufficient programs to mitigate risk and address this overwhelming need.

Recognizing the need for a solution, I decided to pivot and launch this business. Here, my primary focus is ensuring that every individual, regardless of their tech proficiency, gets the personalized, hands-on assistance they deserve. I bring the support directly to you, spending enough time to make you feel comfortable in a quiet and familiar setting. It’s not just about fixing gadgets for me; it's about making your tech life simpler and better. I bring not only technical skills but also a friendly interaction. I understand that technology can be overwhelming, and I'm here to guide you.
